1Acceptance of Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 10 and 45 minutes after the request is approved.

Payment methods accepted by 7711cuci are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks and identity verification. 7711cuci reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal deemed to require additional review. All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes and not as a money transfer facility.

5Bonuses and Promotions

7711cuci offers various bonus and promotion programmes from time to time. All such offers are subject to additional terms displayed alongside each promotion.

Regarding the 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500:

• The bonus is awarded equal to the amount of your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus must be wagered 10 times before bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Required wagering: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Second example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Required wagering: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value.

7711cuci reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, system exploitation or violation of promotion terms.

6Game Rules

All games available at 7711cuci operate with a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. Specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

The following points should be noted:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed without solid technical evidence.

In the event of account closure due to fraud, the remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. In the case of normal closure at the user's request, the eligible net balance will be returned after the review is completed.

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, network issues or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
• Loss of opportunity, anticipated profits or indirect damages of any kind.

The maximum total liability of 7711cuci to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

7711cuci reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable in the international licensing jurisdiction where 7711cuci operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, and if unsuccessful, through a court of competent jurisdiction.

7711cuci's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future. Should any provision be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
